Jeff is widely recognized in the restaurant industry as one of the pioneers of e-learning, with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, primarily in operations and training. His passion for e-learning began at Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores, where he created a program that produced such immediate bottom-line results that it quickly grew into a comprehensive online skills curriculum used by more than 50,000 employees and managers. Now, he does the same thing every day for our clients, providing the insight and vision to uncover the most impactful opportunities for improvement and then designing the optimal e-learning solution to deliver the highest ROI.
When Jeff is not solving the hospitality industry’s toughest challenges, he puts his training skills to work for the Boy Scouts of America as the District Training Chair. He is also a Wilderness Survival Instructor, and likes spending time with his family biking, camping or relaxing at the beach.
Prior to founding DiscoverLink in 2002, Jeff was Vice President of Product Development at the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, where he helped guide the industry toward more effective training and e-business solutions.
Jeff is based in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

In his current role, Josh leads our content development team to produce solutions that are as much fun to build as they are to use. He has a passion for the creative, collaborative process that is DiscoverLink content development.
When he’s not working with his team to solve the world’s e-learning problems, Josh enjoys road tripping through the Texas hill country with his family and traveling in general. He loves all things music and is probably listening to music right now.
