You asked, and we delivered! Today we’re announcing the availability of enhancements to two unique DiscoverLink Talent features designed to make these capabilities better than ever.
Workbooks can now be set to be signed off remotely, just like Checklists and Certification Trackers. The Remote Sign Off checkbox is available on the Edit Workbook Details screen.
When a learner enters their certification data into Certification Tracker they can now optionally upload a copy of the certificate. Acceptable file formats include PDF or an image file like PNG, JPEG, or GIF. This eliminates the need to store copies of certificates separately and creates a single repository of information for all required certifications.
Managers can see uploaded certificates from the learner’s history. When clicked, the thumbnail image of the certificate is expanded to show the full image in a new tab.
The upload certificate feature is available on both the web version of DiscoverLink Talent as well as the Mobile App, meaning that learners can snap a picture of a certificate document and upload it on the fly from their own device!
Certification Tracker’s user interface has also been updated to reflect our new standard providing a more seamless experience for administrators, managers, and learners.
