We collect personal information to enable us to operate our online learning business on a reasonable basis and to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized educational experience. When needed (e.g. in order to bill you for services and use of Content or the LMS) we may ask for your credit card information. However, we do not store credit card information. DiscoverLink uses a data tokenization process whereas the only identification we use is a token which connects your account in DiscoverLink to a third party payment processing company. The generated token is securely transmitted to their database, which is the only place your credit card information is stored. Generally, we are the sole owners of the information collected on this Website. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to provide services to you. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about new products or services, or changes to this Privacy Policy.

3. Your Access to and Control Over Information. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address given on our Website:

a. review the data we have about you, if any;
b. change, correct, or have us delete any data we have about you;
c. express any concerns you have about our use of your data; and
d. opt out of any future marketing related contacts from us at any time.

4. Security. We take precautions to protect your information. Any personal information collected by us will be processed in adherence to applicable United States Data Protection laws. Your employer will provide the necessary access when appropriate. In all cases, if you are under the age of 18, please do not give any information not necessary to use the Website (you don’t need to state your home address, telephone number or other personally identifiable information that is not used to identify you with the learning you are engaged in). Our Website is not directed to or otherwise designed for use by children under the age of 13 years. No one under the age of 13 may submit any personal information to us or use the Website. Any person who registers for use of the Website or provides their information to the Website in any way represents to us that he or she is 13 years of age or older.

7. Cookies. We may also use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a Website visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access, and identify repeat visitors, to our Website.
