Over the past several months, we’ve been busy knocking out one release after another. Individually these enhancements may seem small, but together they add up to a big deal. All of these improvements were made in direct response to client requests – you asked, and we delivered.

REPORTING ENHANCEMENTS

Multi-select for Certification Tracker Reports

Instead of having to run separate individual reports on Certification Trackers, now you can select multiple Certification Trackers to include in a single report. Results are shown by location and then by certification, making it easy for heavy users of Certification Tracker to share progress updates all at once.

More Reliable Training Status Reports

In the past, large training status reports sometimes timed out because they defaulted to running in HTML. Now, under certain conditions, these reports will download directly to Excel so they can be delivered more reliably:

Learning Program Summary Training Status
Learning Program Detail Training Status
Content Summary Training Status

If the following conditions are met, a message will appear, and the report will go straight to Excel:

All learning programs are selected
All locations in the user’s permission scope are selected when run from Dashboard Summary
A report is run from Campus Home
The potential scope of a report exceeds 50 learners

New Fields in Detail Training Status Report

The Excel version of the Detail Training Status Report now includes the Employee Number and Email Address fields, allowing easier filtering and manipulation of downloaded reports.

ADMINISTRATIVE IMPROVEMENTS

Disable Give Credit

Sometimes completion of a learning program is absolutely critical or required for regulatory compliance. In those cases, you may want to ensure that a true completion (not Give Credit) has been achieved. Now the Learning Program Builder includes a setting to disable Give Credit functionality for a specific learning program.

New Fields for Auto-generated Login Credentials

For campuses that use auto-generated user IDs and passwords, you can now incorporate the last four characters of any field, except for date fields. For example, you could define a login ID or password that incorporates the last four digits of a mobile phone number. This provides more flexibility and security when defining auto-generated login credentials.

Sub-campus Color Indicator

Sub-campuses now appear in green on the Manage Hierarchy page, making it easier to navigate complex hierarchies.
