DiscoverLink Welcomes New Customer Success Rep to Customer Success Team

WEST CHICAGO, IL, January 18, 2018 – DiscoverLink, Inc. is excited to announce that Andrew Robinson has joined the company as Customer Success Rep, as part of our ongoing commitment to customer success. In this position, Robinson will support clients by answering their questions and monitoring a live chat application.

Robinson previously worked as a high school World History teacher and an Assistant Boys Basketball Coach. With his passion for education and technology and skills in customer service and sales, his position at DiscoverLink is a perfect mesh of everything he enjoys. Robinson graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education-History, where he also studied abroad in Poland for a month.

“Andrew has been a fabulous addition to our team,” said Michelle Killian, Director of Client Services at DiscoverLink. “We feel Andrew’s background in education combined with his willingness to learn will help us deliver the best experience to our customers.”

In his free time, Robinson dabbles in photography and co-owns a design business with his sister called Brother + Sister Creative. He is also a huge sports fan with his favorite teams being Nashville Predators, New York Yankees, and the Tennessee Titans. Robinson and his wife recently welcomed their first child, a baby girl. Robinson is based in the new Hendersonville, Tennessee office.
