DiscoverLink Talent Daily Forms

New Content Type Tracks Critical Daily Tasks with E-signature Validation

Daily Forms can be used for any task that requires daily tracking, such as:

Pre-shift employee health checks
Sanitation checks
Opening and closing tasks

User Experience

Daily Forms can be accessed via the web version of DiscoverLink Talent or via the Mobile App
When a Daily Form is available, it will appear at the top of the My Training page, so it’s the first thing employees see when they log in
Daily Forms automatically reset every night at 12:00 a.m. local time based on the location’s time zone
In-progress forms are automatically saved so they can be completed throughout the day
Forms can be printed if required

E-signature Verified

Daily Forms are e-signature compliant so you can easily verify the data entered by the user’s name, unique identifier, date and time, and IP address
Daily Forms can optionally require employee sign-off and/or manager sign-off
Remote sign-off can be enabled for managers

Red Flag Notifications

When creating a Daily Form, each question can optionally have a designated red flag response. If a user answers with a red flag response:

A customizable message up will appear to the user upon submission
System messages and emails will be sent to all managers in that location, informing them that a red flag response has been submitted
A red flag icon will appear in the Daily Forms column on the Manager’s Dashboard next to that user’s name
The Daily Form will not be completed, and instead will require manager sign-off to fully submit

Manager Visibility & Reporting

When a Daily Form is active, the first column in the Dashboard will display status for each employee in the location, including red flag and remote sign-off indicators.

A report for a specific date is available by clicking on the column header.

An individual user’s answers to a Daily Form can be viewed from the History tab in the Employee Profile.

Daily Forms data for an entire week can be exported to an Excel report, available under Content Reports.

Fully Customizable

Daily Forms are set up from the Sign-off Form content type available in Manage Content. Customization options include:

Creating forms in multiple languages
Providing instructions that appear at the top of the form
Defining up to five response options for the form
Including optional comment fields for each item
Identifying red flag responses
Specifying e-signatures required by employees and/or managers, including the option for remote sign-off
Leveraging Bookshelves to push a Daily Form to specific skill positions or locations
Copying an existing Daily Form to use as a starting point when creating a new one

Versioning

Daily Forms use versions to maintain the integrity of user responses, even if the form is changed. When an active form is edited, a new version is created, and the previous version is archived. Any users who are assigned the Daily Form, but have not yet completed it, will receive the new version. Users who completed the form before the change was made will see the old version, and their answers to it, in their history.
