Course Abstract
Improve people, performance, and profitability by focusing and energizing your teams through an effective Jump Start meeting at the beginning of each shift. This course will teach managers how to use the information at their disposal to plan Jump Starts, as well as how to use the four components of a successful Jump Start to start each shift out right.
