Course Abstract
Improve service and sales by teaching managers to manage their BEAM (Behavior, Energy, Aim and Mindset). A manager’s BEAM can have either a negative or positive effect on his or her employees and customers. This course will teach your managers to take control of their BEAM and use it to energize and motivate employees to better serve their customers.
