Course Abstract
Improve your work environment and reduce potential liability by encouraging a positive and respectful workplace. This course will educate managers on the types of behaviors and actions that are considered harassment in the eyes of the law and the important role they play in leading by example to ensure the workplace remains positive and free from harassment. Developed in accordance with New York’s model sexual harassment prevention training, this is the second of a two-part e-learning program that fulfills the requirements for managers for both New York State and New York City.
