Course Abstract
Promote a harassment-free work environment and reduce potential liability by teaching managers how to identify and prevent sexual harassment, how to handle sexual harassment allegations and how to recognize retaliation. This course introduces the laws that govern the workplace and outlines how to create and communicate an anti-harassment policy.
