Course Abstract
Promote a harassment-free work environment and reduce potential liability by teaching managers how to identify and prevent sexual harassment. This course outlines the manager’s legal responsibilities, and lists activities protected against retaliation. Developed in accordance with New York’s model sexual harassment prevention training, this is the first of a two-part e-learning program that fulfills the requirements for both New York State and New York City.
