Intro to Sexual Harassment Laws for Employees: New York

Course Abstract

Encourage a harassment-free work environment by teaching employees how to identify sexual harassment, how to report sexual harassment, and how to recognize retaliation. This course introduces the laws that govern the workplace and outlines how to file a harassment complaint. Developed in accordance with New York’s model sexual harassment prevention training, this is the first of a two-part e-learning program that fulfills the requirements for both New York State and New York City.
