Our Standard Program includes both employee and manager courses that can be leveraged as part of an ongoing initiative.
Our California Program meets the requirements of the California AB 1825 Sexual Harassment law with a six-part e-learning program for managers. With four interactive courses, a case scenario practice session, a final exam and one optional course, you have the flexibility to choose how to assemble and assign your manger program. The one-hour employee program is also delivered in modules so it can be completed a little at a time.
Our Delaware Program meets the requirements of the state of Delaware for both managers and employees. Both programs consist of an interactive harassment prevention course coupled with an additional course covering Delaware-specific requirements.
Our Illinois Program meets the requirements of The Illinois Human Rights Act for both managers and employees. Both programs consist of an interactive harassment prevention course coupled with an additional course covering Illinois-specific requirements.
NEW YORK PROGRAM
Our New York Program meets the New York State and New York City requirements for both managers and employees. Both programs consist of two interactive courses that each cover essential aspects of the harassment prevention law.
