Course Abstract
Improve consistency and quality by teaching trainers how to utilize different learning styles, training techniques, and visual aids to better assist their trainees. Trainers will also learn how to establish credibility and how to hold their trainees interest. This course focuses on recognizing the different learning styles, and using the Tell, Show, Do, Review, and Adjust training method.
