Course Abstract
Managers cannot be everywhere; they need employees they can trust to provide the leadership necessary to run successful shifts. This course teaches employees the skills that will help them develop strong leadership qualities and prepare them to grow into their next role. With the help of scenario-based questions, employees will learn the types of behaviors that demonstrate good leadership.
