Every day, restaurant team members wield sharp knives and are exposed to hot surfaces while navigating through a hectic environment. That’s why it’s critical to educate your team members on where the hazards for cuts and burns exist and how to prevent them. Set in familiar hospitality scenes, this course follows OSHA training guidelines.
