As previously communicated, the CrunchTime! TalentLink brand is being gradually updated across all areas of the product. This release covers the largest bulk of changes you will see and updates three important areas: Header, help, and mobile app.
In addition to featuring the new product name, CrunchTime! TalentLink, the new header also provides immediate access to your location hierarchy from every page.
The CrunchTime! TalentLink product name has been updated throughout the help documentation. And, we’re very excited to announce a new feature that provides interactive walk-thrus of key functionality. This will provide new users with quick interactive instruction showing how to accomplish key tasks. Users will see a pop-up on first login offering to show a walk-thru of the page they are on and they can opt out of future pop-ups if they choose. There are 21 walk-thrus available across the LMS with more coming soon. The current set of available walk-thrus is distributed as follows:
The mobile app is now rebranded CrunchTime! TalentLink and sports a new icon that aligns with other CrunchTime apps. Mobile app users will need to install the new version of the app on their devices to see the new name and icon. Clients who use Mobile Device Management (MDM) will need to download a new APK file.
The app stores will continue to deliver the TalentLink app as the first result when DiscoverLink or DiscoverLink Talent are searched to minimize potential issues.
CrunchTime! TalentLink is now available in eight languages for learners and managers, with Japanese as the latest addition. To enable additional languages on your campus, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Watch for at least two more languages coming later this year.
