Supervisor Micro-learning Program
This 5-part micro-learning program addresses the key competencies required for an employee to become a supervisor. Its modular design lets you choose specific elements to fit into your own program or use the whole program as is. The micro-learning structure means supervisor candidates can learn a little at a time or quickly repeat specific topics when a refresher is needed.
