The AGM to GM program consists of a series of courses and related on-the-job activities designed to help Assistant General Managers transition to General Manager. This program gives learners the opportunity to develop the critical skills necessary to be a successful General Manager before actually taking on the GM job.
AGM to GM training is designed to be completed in 8 to 14 months. This time frame gives Assistant General Managers time to learn the material, apply it to their current position, and begin forming their own style of leadership.
