We’d like to officially congratulate Fazoli’s on their recent rollout of DiscoverLink Talent, our hospitality-optimized learning management system (LMS), to 214 corporate and franchise stores. Branded Noodle University (NU), the new LMS features a custom login page that reflects the Fazoli’s brand, and will become the cornerstone of Fazoli’s e-learning initiatives going forward.
The implementation included uploading of 5,572 employees with more than 150,000 existing content completions, plus integration with CrunchTime to automate new employee additions and updates. As a result of the integration, learning programs will be automatically assigned to new employees as soon as they are hired.
The DiscoverLink team worked closely with the Fazoli’s training department to ensure their new LMS was ready for use by the field the day it was launched. As part of the setup, we created 18 learning programs covering each of their skill positions, from Guest Ambassador to Steamtable to Delivery Driver to Catering Captain. The learning programs comprise more than 200 content assets including:
- 75 e-learning courses
- 72 exams, called “Know Its”
- 34 checklists, called “Show Its”
