NEW ORLEANS, July 18, 2015 — DiscoverLink held a clients-only luncheon meeting prior to the opening of the CHART Conference this week. Among the participating clients were training and development representatives from Culver’s, Golden Corral, Ivar’s, McAlister’s Deli, Ovation Brands, Perkins & Marie Callendar’s and The Greene Turtle.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss recent releases of DiscoverLink Talent, its hospitality-specific learning management system, to review recent additions to the DiscoverLink Course Library, and to get feedback on new ideas and enhancements. During the feedback session, clients were given $30 in play money to spend on their favorite course ideas or product enhancements. With 15 new ideas to choose from, they had a lot of fun “shopping” and DiscoverLink received some wonderful input from its key customers.
